It can be romantic, maternal, chosen, or unexpected.
It can be found in families, friendships, and even with our furry companions.
This issue was inspired by a session I photographed with a friend who never had her wedding captured during COVID, a celebration she revisited years later, this time surrounded by the children she created with her husband. Watching that love take new shape reminded me that stories of connection evolve, deepen, and sometimes return to us in the most unexpected ways.
Modern Love Stories explores love in all its forms with imagery that reveals not only what it looks like, but what it feels like. Whatever love means to you, this issue is about honouring it, framing it, and sharing the story behind it.
